●新しい始まり。チャクラジャーニー
クリニカルボディセラピーサロン モアナブルーを始めたのが2005年夏。それからここ秋谷の地にもう５年近くいることになる。ここ数年、ずっとこれから先どういう風にサロンを運営していくのかずっと考えていた。自分がやりたいボディセラピーのスタイルはある程度確立して、それは引き続き継続していくとして、じゃあ自分はそれがやれれば満足なのか？これが最高頂点なのか？と考えたときに、いや、違う、もっと違う何かがあるのではないか？と思っていた。
でも、じゃあ、それが一体なんなのか？ということに関しては本当に迷っていたし、これだと言うものがなかなかできなかった。それが去年の後半あたりからだんだん夢の構想レベルから少しずつカタチになりはじめて、満を持して今ようやく新しいワークショップスタイルのグループセッション”チャクラジャーニー”として発表できる日がやってきた。詳細はこちらから
サロンのお知らせブログhttp://www.moanablue.com/blog/にも少し書いたのだけれども、このスタイルに落ち着くまでに何回かリハーサルも繰り返した。構想だけならもう数年前からあった。でもどうしても前に進めることができなかった。勇気がなかったのか、それともいろんな意味で時期尚早だったのか・・・。とにかく今、これが発表できたことがとにかく喜びで、はやくみなさんにこのワークを楽しんでもらいたい！と思ったら告知から開始まで１週間切ってるというかなり無謀なスケジュールに・・・（笑）。
でも、きっと必要な人には時間なんて関係なくて何故かその日だけスケジュールが空いてたりして、来ることになってるんじゃないか・・・という勝手な思い込みで、ウェブ制作が遅れたせいで告知から開催まで詰まってはいるけれど、そのままの日程でまずは告知させていただくことにした。
前例のないやり方をするのはとても勇気がいる。
これはいったい何なのですか？勉強会？散歩？ヒーリング？ヨガ？パワーストーン？グループシェアリング？セッション？いろんな要素が詰まっていて、これだ！というコトバがなかなか見つからなかった。単なる勉強ではない、もっと深いところに入っていく感じ・・・からだとこころの内面にすうっと入っていって、洗い流すような、どこかへ旅をするような・・・。
そうしてチャクラ”ジャーニー”という言葉が出てきた。
旅。そう、わたしは旅が大好きなのだ。名刺に旅人って肩書き入れたいと思うくらいに。
チャクラというツールを通して、この秋谷をとりまく自然と、そして自分の内部を深く探っていく旅。チャクラを癒す旅に出かけるイメージだ、と思ったのだった。
何回か練習を兼ねてこのワークを既に開催したけれど、自分が思っているよりもみんな深いところでの気づきがあるんだな、と感じた。それも知識、お勉強の部分ではなくて、どちらかというと遊びの部分、お散歩であったり、休憩中のしらすごはんだったり！にその日のテーマがあったりするのだ。
きっと来るメンバーによっても毎回違うことが起きるだろうし、その日の気候、天気がいいか悪いかなんてことによってもそのワークの印象や感覚が違ってくるだろう。そういう意味ではファシリテートする私のほうも予測がつかないので、毎回真剣勝負になるだろうと思う。
だけど、これはおそらくきっと、すごくいいものになるだろう、と今は思っている。きっとやっていくうちに変化するタイプのワークなのだろうなとも。なかなかどうやって伝えたらいいのかわからないけれど、とにかく何か気になるな〜・・・とか、個人セッションも受けてみたいけど、ちょっと躊躇するなぁなんて方にも受けてもらえるといいなと思う。
一対一でじっくり向かい合い、その人のからだとこころを魂レベルからクリアにしていくクリニカルボディセラピーの魅力も素晴らしい。サロンに来られた方が、ぐったりしつつも、痛かったとか言いつつも（笑）確実に変化をしていくその様子を共有できるのが何よりもうれしいし、これからもその技術は磨いていきたいし、多くの人に体験してもらいたいと思う。
けれど、このチャクラジャーニーはそれとはまた違う、もう少し軽い、、、というか、遊びの要素がたくさん詰まった、でもすごく深い、これもまた私にしかできないワークになっていくんじゃないかという予感がある。これもたぶん何度やっても楽しく飽きることがないだろう。この秋谷という土地をいろんな方に紹介できることも喜びのひとつだ。
とにかく。
今日からまた新しく始まる気がする。
そんな新鮮な気持ちで発表するチャクラジャーニー。
１月１４日（木）から月２回、８回シリーズでスタートします！反響があるようなら、日曜日にも開催しようと思っていますので、問い合わせも大歓迎。なんか今日は宣伝チックになってしまったけど、これはわたしのブログだから、どう使おうがわたしの勝手だ！！
